About the Artist
Araí Moleri is a photographer and retoucher from Montevideo, Uruguay, based in Berlin. She holds a BA in Design and visual arts studies.
Since 2009, she has collaborated with street art collectives, documented women’s issues, and explored themes of migration and gender in relation to space and the human experience.
Her photography is a portal to memories, moments, atmospheres, people, and places, delving into the intimacy of her subjects and the mysticism of simple everyday life.
